Founder/
With over 20 years of diverse experience , Kasturi started her journey in design and moved on to business growth , strategic client & talent acquisition and held leadership roles with top international design firms as well as tech startups. At the core, she is happiest when she is challenged and is building something new, which led her to work in start-up environments. She started a Global Talent Acquisition cell for an international design firm and headed it for 4 years. Founded Buildkonnect in 2015 and is the heart of the company. She focuses on leadership hiring, business strategy & team building.
SHELLY
Shelly is a HR professional with 15 years experience in talent acquisition & management. Excellent people skills & resilience are Shellys strengths. At Bulidkonnect , she specialises in hiring for our clients in the Architecture, Design and Real Estate sector.
RISHIKA
Rhishika is a talented researcher, managing strategic sourcing at Buildkonnect and contributes to our “ideas” blog. A science buff, she loves to get to the core of things. Her diligent approach helps us find the best-suited talent for our clients.
Meena
Meena is an experienced executive search & HR professional with a passion for psychology. An analytical and research based approach is Meena’s strength At Buildkonnect she manages sourcing strategy for leadership roles & mentoring.
