KASTURI CHATTERJEE/

Founder/

Kasturi began her career as an architect in an international design firm. Her interests in business strategy and growth led her to leadership positions in large and startup firms within the AEC and Real Estate sector. Drawn to the impact of talent on organizations, Kasturi established a Global Talent Acquisition Cell for an international architecture and design firm. This experience inspired her to found Buildkonnect in 2015. Kasturi’s strengths lie in creative thinking, problem-solving and her in-depth understanding of the talent market within the Building & Real Estate sectors. She finds motivation in the transformation that occurs within businesses when their stories attract the right leadership talent.

SHELLY SMITH/

Lead Consultant/

Shelly is a HR professional with 15 years experience in talent acquisition & management. Excellent people skills & resilience are Shelly’s strengths. At Bulidkonnect , she focuses on hiring for mid & senior management roles for our key clients.
